SteveWillDoIt.com Tesla Model 3 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of SteveWillDoIt.com, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of SteveWillDoIt.com as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 20, 2023 and ending March 1, 2024. All online entries must be received by March 1, 2024. SteveWillDoIt.com reserves the right to end the giveaway at any time.

5. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at SteveWillDoIt.com. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of SteveWillDoIt.com. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may also enter by emailing angeli@stevewilldoit.com with the subject line: “TESLA GIVEAWAY”. No purchase necessary.

6. Prizes: The Winner will receive a Custom Wrapped Tesla Model 3. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by SteveWillDoIt.com. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at SteveWillDoIt.com’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of SteveWillDoIt.com. The Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. SteveWillDoIt.com shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices or for incorrect contact information provided. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within a specified time, the prize may be forfeited.
